• to assist in the continuing Christian education of clergy and laity
• to act as a reference library for those seeking information about the Church of Ireland
• to provide a repository in which the archives and manuscripts of the Church can be stored, arranged and made available to researchers in a systematic fashion.

The Library does not provide a genealogical research service. Specific details can be checked for a fee but general genealogical research cannot be undertaken by the Library staff. To request a search, please contact us here.

Researchers are welcome to undertake their own research in the Library during the normal opening hours. The Library’s Location & Contact details are available here.
